At Voice Mobility, we take the user experience seriously.

We consider many parameters when validating our UCN products to ensure we deliver superior user experiences including user interface response times; voice quality; jitter, latency and echo to name just a very few.

 

We take testing further than our competitors. 

We use industry-standard load-testing and call-profiling tools, like the Emprix™ Hammer, to validate our products.


But we don't stop there.


With our own proprietary suite of custom-developed load test tools we can demonstrate and prove the scalability and performance capabilities of our software, and thus the soundness of our software's architecture and design. Key components of our testing approach are:

  • A common test execution and reporting framework for Telephony, IMAP, Web and CDR Testing
  • Our main load test center drives a 6,000+ port simultaneous load of TDM and VOIP (1.5 million mailboxes)
  • Load execution comprised of realistic "flows"
  • All performance results measured and graphed to millisecond granularity
  • Automated regression testing
  • Manual (human) testing performed on fully loaded systems
  • System quality ensured by mature processes and tools infrastructure
